The blankets were dirty, the room smelled like smoke and it was musty. The pillow look like the pillow case wasn’t changed. The check in was awful, we got there and the office was closed. There was a big monitor with someone doing the check in virtually. It was a headache, I was there for 15-20 minutes.

There is no live person there to check you in. You’re dealing with a call center kiosk. The toilet in my bathroom had piss all over it. The rooms are disgusting. And there’s inadequate parking.

They don’t have staff at night. They have video call but the audio is poor and the accent is not standard. The area is a dump. I didn’t feel that my vehicle was safe. The room itself was updated and decent but outside it was a worse than average motor inn. The breakfast was acceptable. Standard self serve waffles. i chose this over a motel 6 bc i wanted a decent place not a run down motor inn. I should have stayed at motel 6 and saved money bc this Q Inn had Motel 6 vibes

The rooms were clean and basic. But we only needed a place for a night to sleep. parking was crowded. The late check in had a guy on a t v screen that I couldn't understand. Thankfully, a young lady came out of the back and took care of me. We have to cycle back through fairfield.On our way home, and we're going to find another place

Nice little hotel. We just stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice. Breakfast was typical with waffles, cereal, fruit and yougurts to choose from. The coffee was good. Just a nice little place that fit our needs.

The room and property and staff were excellent. Only complaint I can give is the suite I had, with a full kitchen, had no dishes or utensils. Normally when I get a room with a kitchen it comes with the essentials, but this one didn’t. And, the complimentary breakfast was just waffles. No fruit toast or nothing (smh)
