"Love staying at the"

"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations. Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable. "Friendly staff and clean lounge areas. Bedroom was decent, but the bathroom was a mess. Shower didn’t drain and water was a pain to adjust. Had to pay for parking and breakfast. Ended up getting food somewhere else because there wasn’t much for what I was being charged. Elevators were scary and closed quickly hitting my partner pretty hard. Went for an event, probably wouldn’t stay again."
