"Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didnāt work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didnāt realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. "

"The place was cute, clean, inviting, and comfortable. Ben left a nice welcome letter and snacks for us too! We got to meet him while we were there and he was incredibly nice and made our stay enjoyable. I will definitely look to stay here again next year! "
"We stayed here our first and last nights in Alaksa. It was great both times. Ben was super accommodating, being able to do a load of laundry was so nice, it's so quiet, SO clean, bathroom amenities were so nice. 10/10 recommend!! The only thing I recommend is bringing eye masks to sleep in as the bedroom doesn't have black out shades and it's never dark in July. :)"
"We very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and clean with beautiful design thought out. Property was full of everything you needed. We have never stayed in a place that had so many little extras! The hosts truly thought of everything. Great location with a beautiful view of the park across the street. Our host was gracious enough to give us all the information we needed early on. This helps so much with travel stress. Check in and out was simple. Not a ton of hoops to jump through. There was a slight bit of road noise, which really wasnāt an issue. We would love to come back again and stay longer."
