Breakfast is absolutely delicious and full of fresh, locally sourced fruits, veggies, eggs, and meats. Also fresh squeezed juice! The restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. "It doesn’t seem many people opt to stay in the Furnas area but that is a mistake! It is a great location and a great hotel. There are 8 houses. We stayed in 3. It was clean and in great condition. The hotel grounds were prestige with a great pool, gym, hot tub, and sauna. Guests also get access to this gorgeous garden that is closed from the public 11 months a year. It was stunning. We took the breakfast one day and that was also fabulous with lots of great options including gluten-free if you need that. The houses have a full kitchen but only used it for cutting fruit and preparing picnics. "
