"From the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff was warm and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It included a welcome plate of pastries and fresh fruit, a glass bottle of water, a small refrigerator stocked with complimentary drinks, and a bottle of Portuguese sour cherry liqueur. Even though the World Cup celebrations took place every day and the streets were lively, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room remained. The hotel's excellent soundproof windows blocked out the outside noise, allowing me to relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. It was the perfect combination of being close to all the excitement while still having a calm and comfortable place to unwind. The hotel's location was next to Rua Augusta Arch and steps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. .Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and great value. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!"
