"Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. "Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while."

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr liebevoll Eingerichtet und der Empfang durch die Vermieterin sehr Herzlich. Allerdings war es trotz Navi schwer zu finden. Der Ort war nicht das Problem ,aber der Weg zum Haus .Der Angesagte Weg war nur mit einem Traktor oder Geländewagen Passierbar .Also erstmal zu Fuß los und Versucht Jemanden nach dem Weg zu Fragen ,nicht so Einfach in der Abgeschiedenen Lage .Nach Zirka 20 Minuten konnten wir dann Jemanden finden und uns mit Händen und Füssen Verständigen ,wo denn...

"Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig."
