"The swimming pool was phenomenal & check in was smooth. The parking lot behind the building had strangers out all night. Although there was police onsite, I knew it was because possible car damage/thief, and criminal activity. It was as if this hotel was misplaced. Upon entering my room, the dead bolt lock did not work nor wound the connecting room door push closed all the way. Worst nightmare came true. I reported & police responded immediately to my room. "The property didn’t look bad from the photos on the app & it wasn’t too bad in person for the prose. The pool wasn’t that bad but one thing that was extremely disgusting is the roach infestation. I had to sleep in my car for After I saw at least 40 roaches. One or two wouldn’t have too bad but BABY!!!!! I canceled the remainder of my stay and was refunded for one day. I really feel like I should have been refunded for both for what I was put through with the main tenants( the roaches)."
