"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. "Kenneth was an absolutely amazing host and even provided us with different activities to do around the area. The home was very clean and perfect for our family. Our children enjoyed playing soccer in the completely fenced in backyard and the doggie door was so cute. He had plenty of board games and cards to keep us entertained so the TV didn’t have to always be on. Their home is also in a perfect spot with easy access to downtown, UTEP, the Base as well as shopping venues. "

"We stayed at the Nemo House with three couples and had the most amazing time. The house had every amenity you could possibly think of—everything was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, making it the ideal home base for exploring and relaxing."

"We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. If the water is calm, you can snorkel out to a reef about 100 yards out that is pretty good. My daughter and fiancee kayaked out to the island which was fun. Finally, the caretaker was awesome to work with; letting us in early and stay a few hours after checkout to accommodate for our flights. The rental came with filtered water bins which she coordinated refill when empty which was unexpected. Would love to return."

"Wow! The Breakwater house went above and beyond in so many ways. The communication with the host was timely and always helpful. We rented their van to use during our stay and I highly recommend using that service. It was at the airport ready for us and it was a quick drive to the house. When we arrived, it felt like we were the first guests staying in the house! Everything was in such great shape and felt brand new. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making sure the house is stocked, cleaned, and ready for guests. We had a group of 12 and the house layout was perfect for a large group. All rooms have a bathroom, comfortable beds/bedding, and good air conditioning. The house was so well stocked. They have thought of everything you might need. The owners also provided a great guide with tips, suggestions, and contact information for things to do, places to eat, etc. The pool and beach at the house may have been our favorite part though! We spent so much time outside it was perfect to be out there in the afternoons after a day of exploring the island. The last day we actually decided to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and beach because it was so wonderful. This was our third trip to Exuma and we will definitely stay at The Breakwater again! "

Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. Will stay here again."
