"We booked the hotel through Expedia. I called the hotel directly 15 minutes later to confirm their receipt of the reservation and payment. They confirmed that they received payment and reservation from Expedia. At check in, they confirmed that they had received payment in full and ONLY needed my card for a $50 incidental hold. After check out, the hotel charged my card double the amount and then claimed that they had no record of payment."

"Absolutely beautiful space, friendly staff, only thing that could have been better was the shower situation. There was no curtain and the floors were really low so the water got everywhere when showering. Otherwise amazing stay."
