An absolute highlight is the private sauna, accessible directly from the bathroom, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments of wellness.

Comfortable warmth is provided not only by the underfloor heating and the cozy fireplace, but also by a modern outdoor air conditioning unit that allows you to both heat the house and cool it on warm days. This way, you can enjoy the perfect indoor climate in every season.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the large terrace and let your gaze wander over the valley. With a little luck, you might even spot local wildlife in the morning and evening hours—an experience that will make your stay unforgettable.
