"The door wouldn’t lock, either inside or outside, so had to be fixed. There was no loo rolls in bathroom, which I had to ask for. I got in from work hoping to have a shower, but there was no hot water. I told the landlady but there still wasn’t any hot water in the morning. Not impressed by the whole experience"

"Perfect for our requirements"

"The staff of the Heath court Best Western are Fabulous!! My room was super clean. The location is perfect."

"Nice little hotel. Very friendly desk clerk. Quite efficient and helpful. Very complicated series of doorways to get through to get in and out of the hotel and to rooms inside the hotel. Also quite hazardous stairs if you are above the first floor. Forget about the top floor if you are not young and nibble! Parking is convenient but minimal. Can get blocked in by later arrivals. "Bit tired but staff were brilliant"

"Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens."

"L'hôtel est plein de charme et le personnel très attentionné. C'est un séjour très agréable."

"King room in the modern accommodation block was small but fine, a good find. Dinner was great pub grub. We hadn’t realised that breakfast is not available (Sun-Fri) but that was also fine."

"A very enjoyable 2 night stay. Pleasant locaton, very helpful and polite staff and very enjoyable food. Only comment is that the roomwas really too small to have a king sized bed. Recomended."

"Great pool, clean rooms and friendly staff. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and all of it was fresh and great quality. The rooms were clean and bathrooms and showers well maintained."

"WOW! What a stunning place! Which we highly recommend a stay here. From when you initially arrive at the property and travel down the drive you can see the wonderful gardens and beautiful views. We were checked in by Millie, who showed us to our room, which was amazing Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open, but they did do meat and cheese boards, which we shared one of each, and certainly were not disappointed by the taste and variety. The staff are friendly and attentive, without being over...
