"Could have had better mattress on bed as was a little uncomfortable I am sure they were better the last time I stayed here When checking out asked if stay was ok When I went to reply about mattress The conversation went to all done you checked out and that was that Shame really as visit before the girls on reception could have not been more helpful"

"The carpark was very busy over the weekend and, after a long day out, we were forced to park as far away from the hotel as was possible. Weddings and the attraction of the spa probably accounted for this. The food was more than average except for the breakfast which was excellent. The staff, to my knowledge without exception, were very welcoming and noticeably hard working. The room was slightly more spacious than average with spotless facilities and a comfy bed (single). So, for the most part this was a great place to say for four nights. However, if you're averse to dogs, despite those we encountered being well behaved and quiet, this wouldn't be the best place for you."

"Incredible location, clean (slightly dated, but adds to the charm) hotel! Air con worked great. Cannot complain and would definitely stay again! Parking only £10 in local shopping centre when validated by the hotel. Recommend!"
