Kings River Landing House

Enjoy this house on the river within a gated community. The location pin for the property is NOT downtown***the house is located off Hwy 62E on Carroll County Road 309 to 329 in the Kings River Landing development. ***This property features 2 primary bedrooms downstairs each with a queen bed and full bath. A huge sleeping loft upstairs with 2 queens, a futon and a full bathroom. There is also an empty office that could accommodate an inflatable mattress(not included ) The house has high speed 5G internet. The house is fully furnished inside with a welcoming area to relax, a complete kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The utility room has a washer and dryer. Smart tv’s in all rooms. Outside there is an EV charging station in the 2 car carport, and a lockable storage area with a bike rack inside. A Ring Camera is outside the front door. Enjoy local area attractions or just hang out on the river to float or fish in the trophy smallmouth waterway. You can also enjoy the back porch with a fire and a movie. The neighborhood has a common area with a gravel bar that you can also enjoy. Behaved pets are welcome and they will enjoy the porch and fenced yard too. Since this is a gated community there is a code for the front gate to enter.

Romona was a phenomenal host! The house was set up for everything we needed during our stay— even coffee, filters & sugar! The house was perfect for our party of 8 and the river being only steps outside the back door with floats was a perfect addition to our River weekend!

Lovely Riverside Getaway
The property was very nice and clean. Access to the river is very good (even though we didn’t get to enjoy it much in November). The house is in the country side but super close to all the activities. If you are visiting the area great place to stay with the family and the layout of the house allows everyone to participate, even when cooking!
