Philip in concierge went through a lot of effort to help me get tickets for Jeju Island ferry from Mokpo. Turns out that you can just easily buy them a couple right before you board. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us.
