"Great location near a fun neighborhood with lots of great shops, eating options and the stadiums all within a short walk. Staff was all extremely helpful and friendly (the most of the 4 hotels we stayed in over a week). The room smelled a bit upon arrival but aired out. Elevator was quick. Would definitely use again!"

"I misplaced my cell phone in the snack bar area. The staff found it and reported it to the front desk. I easily retrieved my phone, because the staff was considerate enough to set it aside. Thank you very much."

"Stayed 4 nights. The hotel is modern both in terms of structure and decor. Room had a few issues but they were taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was dismal…hot items (e.g., bacon and hard boiled eggs) ran out and were not replenished) cold items were scant (yogurt one day but not the next), pancake maker was out of order…"

"As this property is located on the Cleveland Clinic campus, the staff is well versed in dealing with patients and their families. They are unfailingly helpful and kind. Many options for meals and beverage service. The hotel is a short walk to many of the CC buildings, and there is a CC shuttle service. We will stay here again in the coming weeks."

"Loved this hotel - super dog friendly, great location close to so many downtown areas, super helpful hotel staff and very friendly parking attendants. We enjoyed grabbing a quick bite to eat at their outdoor cafe - and great people watching. Will definitely stay ere our next time in Cleveland."
