"In general it was good until the check out. I had booked aborher room with expedia which i paid morebas it is meant to be a 1bedroom apartment. I had seroiusissues while changing my room which i had to cobtact expedia to interferes as i was not treated gently by the hitel. Unfortunately the 1 bedroom apartment they gave me which i moved in just now and have it till the 13th of this month is terrible. Very small, no view. It is more expensive than the executive studio but it is nothing to compare...

"The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised. The trays in the dishwasher need replacing as the plastic is coming off. Those points are minor though. I had a great stay in a location that was ideal for my needs. The staff...

"Very spacious, well-equipped apartment in an ideal location! Just a couple minutes walk to Earls Court Road Underground station (with direct links to Heathrow and Kings Cross). Highly recommend!!"

"Very close to Hyde Park and Paddington. Reception team very helpful. Premium Studio better than one bed as open plan. Elements of the apartments are worn especially sofas, curtains and blinds. "

"If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."

"Overall a nice stay. Clean flat with provisions. A few things need attention (missing iron board cover, bed lamp doesn't plug in, etc). The flat really needs curtains, the blinds alone don't block out much light."

There were blood and urine stains on our sheets, the toilet did not flush, dust everywhere, food scraps on the tables and horrible customer service. Although complained the owner tried to convince us that it was clean and we were getting a great price. Would absolutely not recommended such a waste of money and disgusting. "
