"Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "The staff here was top notch. They were all very helpful and friendly. Taking into consideration that this building is fairly old, the rooms were decent. Beds were alright, not the most comfortable, the pillows were a bit flat but the price was right for 4 adults. We felt safe and the room was clean. The location was excellent and very convenient, a short walk to Paddington Station."

"I enjoyed my stay very much the only thing I would say was a bit of a letdown was the breakfast I thought that was terrible apart from the Saturday everything else I was very pleased with. Only advice I would say is when somebody has to check out of there room you need somewhere to store your bag if you are not leaving the area straight away.
