"Hotel was clean with a reasonable breakfast. (Eggs, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes, and unlimited Drinks and Carbs). If you are planning to bring food to the hotel, note that they only have 1 microwave located at the lobby near the reception. Would’ve been nice if they kept at least one on each floor where the ice room is. Nothing the ice room. The ice machine on our floor was also out of service which was quite a hassle. Reception was nice and gave us a free early check-in after a certain time."

The room was clean, and matched the description provided. From what I could tell comparing with colleagues who stayed at nearby hotels (including some 5-star options), the Crowne Plaza felt more modern and better maintained. Some of the higher-end hotels in the area seem a bit outdated in comparison. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel were great for my short business trip. "
