The Chatsworth Hotel

8/10 Good

"Entrance hall was welcoming but stair carpet to upper floors needs cleaning. Room was large and bright. Voile curtain had a large rip in it, door was difficult to lock with the key when leaving the room for the day. A comfortable chair instead of the chaise lounge would have been more comfortable. Shower was large and worked well, care needed on wet floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Super-friendly and helpful over the World Cup final weekend. It was hot in the rooms but a fan and fridge were provided. Full privacy over a several night stay, you only had to ask for towels, etc. Very good shower, lovely sea view and straight onto the Prom. My only comment would be that overnight sometimes rubbish, drinks cans and so on were left outside, so if someone could check that the steps are clean. Would happily recommend"

"Great stay. Staff at reception were very friendly on arrival, gave us all the info. Towels are provided for the pool. Lovely room, comfy bed, air con was appreciated in the heat when we stayed. Breakfast was great - good buffet selection, cereals, fruits and omelettes to order. Would stay again!"

"Room was cleaned apart from dirty shower end handle, broken bottom end of the kettle , reported to staff and sorted quickly and replaced new kettle.Room clean indicated but when we went back our room was Not cleaned @ All.Called hotel receptionist send housekeeper to cleaned our room. Good Hotel been here 3x.during Summer i think would be nice to modern "pool" area a bit old design and nice if music play while using the hotel pool access more inviting..its quiet there .Other than that still recommend stay @ this hotel for 2 nights not bad."
