"This is our 4th time staying at Rob and Barb's gem of a house. This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Spent most of our days lounging in the beautiful pool, soaking up the warm Arizona sunshine and admiring all the myriad of details in the attractive landscaping. At night we grilled chicken breasts and sat by the wonderful outdoor fireplace entranced by the glowing blue pool lights and full moon. Check in was a breeze, the living area is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could ever need to prep and cook a meal. The location to Estrella Parkway is convenient and the spectacular lakes surrounded by green grass and palm trees, just down the hill, was amazing. Only minutes away from Safeway and some nice restaurants. Derek, as always, is a pleasure to work with. Anything you need, just call or text him and it's taken care of. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful well equipped home. For us, we especially enjoyed the south facing back yard, heated pool and view fence overlooking the desert wash. Corey was awesome to deal with. We look forward to staying at this home again."

"The house was great for our family. House was beautiful with a wildlife area behind it. Very quiet neighborhood. Dean was super easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend."

"Nice place in nice neighborhood. Beautiful inside with great AC and comfort. Nice TV. However dishwasher leaked, broken door. Toaster worked but it had to be unplugged to make it pop up. Two of the beds had ok mattresses but two were so soft they were hard to sleep in. Also, none of the rooms had night stands with lights. The fifth bedroom was really a room with a bed in it. Nice place, but if I were to stay in Goodyear I might check other options although the price was good."
