"The property is beautiful in a good location. The only issue I had was the lighting in the bar / restaurant area. Was extremely bright and didn’t change in the evening. More subdued lighting in the evening would have made the area more inviting to stay and have a drink in. So bright it almost hurt your eyes."

"The location was perfect to hit all the tourist spots, The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help. The bunk beds were perfect for kids. The places was mostly pros, only very minor con was the hotel exterior and interior architecture is a bit eclectic, the lights were very dim and no TV in the room. These could be a pro for some families too but a minor con for my family. Overall I liked it and will stay again here on my next Lisbon visit."

"Ricardo was an excellent host throughout our stay at Designer Flats in Lapa. He was quick to respond to every message, accommodated our early check-in request without any issue, and gave us clear, detailed instructions for accessing the apartment. He was also flexible when we asked about leaving our luggage on our last day before our evening flight. The apartment itself was lovely and well located in a quiet, charming part of Lisbon. Communication was always prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here – thank you, Ricardo, for making our trip so smooth!"
