"We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Ralph made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go and eat etc. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and was in a great location, minutes from the beach and local amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Praia das Maçãs is a very chilled and relaxing place to stay and we met some lovely people. We stayed 12 nights and loved it. Thank you Ralph, we hope to be back! :-)"

"It is difficult to criticise the property and grounds. All very good. It is a little remote, but access to eg supermarkets and beach is very quite close to hand. The pool and BBQ area are excellent. Ages ranged from 13 to 80, and we had a great holiday. Thanks"

"We enjoyed very much our relaxed stay at the former shepards hut. The house is situated in a lemon orchard with great view down the hills to Cascais in a very private area. "Very nice and spacious rooms. Ours had a mini kitchenette. Great quality bedding. Rooms have a heat pump! Yay AC! Breakfast was included and was excellent 7-11am each day. Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "
