"We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area were not friendly at all. However, our hotel staff and the restaurants and shop keepers in the core were very helpful and friendly. "

"The gardens are amazing, one for breakfast and one for the swimming pool. The landscape is great, lots of flowers. Very quiet and private. Not many users by the pool. "
