"We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area were not friendly at all. However, our hotel staff and the restaurants and shop keepers in the core were very helpful and friendly. "

"We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond offering 5 star customer service. The food was incredible for breakfast buffet and dinner in the main restaurant. The pool is clean and offers a great break from the extreme heat. Located in the center of everything you’d want to see! Would definitely return."

"We were entranced by this unique hotel with its many courtyards & covered walkways turning this way & that connecting the different sections, its lush greenery & blooms, outdoor seating in covered nooks for those who need their smokes, even a fountain...yet the way to the different areas of the hotel was clearly indicated. We loved the beautifully furnished areas - the reception, basement breakfast room, the upstairs piano lounge, & our room! Service was warm & impeccable, & buffet breakfast excellent."
