"A wonderful base for exploring Prague Hotel Essence was a brilliant choice for our family trip. The room was spacious and well-designed — perfect for travelling with young children — and the breakfast was tasty and a great start to each day. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout, and the location on Senovážné náměstí put us right in the heart of things without the noise of the tourist centre. "The property cannot be reached by taxi or Uber so you have to walk a way for transportation even with your luggage. There is no working phone in the room. Other than those two issues, the hotel is nice. The rooms are very quiet and really large; the bathrooms were big; and the breakfast buffet was substantial. Most of all, the location was excellent. I would readily stay there again."

"The front desk staff, the cleaning staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was phenomenal. The free guided tour on Saturday and Sunday of the old town of Prague and up to the castle was very appreciative and enlightening as the guide knew her history of the area."
