The worst part was ny rm was non refundable n i couldnt cancel. Didnt want to leave ny truck afraid stuff would be stolen. Stucck here very mad

We were in area to attend funeral of family member. Didn't need the added stress of hotel personnel not doing their jobs. Need to update the rooms and hire people that care and will do their jobs.
