"For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity."

"The morning Front desk man was very nice. The late night Front desk man was very helpful. The girl at the desk mid-day to evening was rude, unapproachable, and reprimanded my friend for "taking a chocolate chip cookie" that is handed out at check in. Said "please dont do that again".. all attitude. I was appalled. A freaking cookie!! Also, the bed spread had a stain on it at time of check in. The pool was dirt with algae on the bottom."

"Very clean"

"They were extremely kind and helpful people—I had a family emergency halfway through my trip & had to leave, and they helped me cancel and get a refund for the second half. Wonderful service, beautiful room, 10/10 would recommend."

"Unique place to stay while visiting in Chestertown. 2nd floor only stair accessible. But, nice stay. Beautiful view of the marina when we awoke."

"Nice and charming hotel, in a historic district, quiet and safe neighborhood, friendly staff"

"We enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you..."
