"Staying at the Hotel Grand Pacific made our experience in Victoria, BC, even better! From check-in, to check-out we enjoyed every interaction with staff and enjoyed the stunning views of the harbor from our 5th floor room. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet and the amenities are perfect! The underground parking was so convenient. The location of the Hotel made exploring the harbor and surroundings sights of the city easily walkable! A shout out to Luisa who checked us in. She was kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. Throughout our 4 day stay she was so helpful with answering all our questions and providing information as needed. "
