"The hotel is very clean and suited our needs. It is a small basic room with a tv and small bathroom. It had a/c but you cannot adjust the temperature. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and the coliseum. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and the staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. We especially liked the breakfast offerings which included meats cheese eggs pastries pancakes fruit toast oatmeal and beverages. All that you need to start the day. If you are looking for a quaint or historic hotel this isn’t for you. Otherwise I recommend staying at this quiet hotel."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, but what truly makes it special is the staff. They were some of the kindest, warmest, and most attentive people we encountered during our entire trip. Every interaction was exceptional, we cannot say enough good things about them. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade, and upon arrival found a beautiful bottle of chilled wine and a handwritten note waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. We also enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which was beautiful with wonderful ambiance and a great overall experience. The location was great, right by the bus hub, Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop, and all the shops and restaurants inside Roma Termini. My only caution is that "steps from the train station" is a bit misleading. While the hotel is close to the station entrance, Roma Termini is enormous!! After arriving from the Civitavecchia cruise port, the walk from our train platform to the hotel with luggage was much longer than expected and included rough cobblestone streets. The train itself was inexpensive and convenient, but on a Monday morning it was packed with commuters and there were no seats available. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. The beautiful hotel was wonderful, but it was the incredible staff and their genuine hospitality that made this stay so memorable."

"Advertisement: Average expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was accurate, based on the pictures shown Location: Above expectations - Conveniently close and walkable, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Safe area, Cleanliness: Average expectations - Some areas could have been better maintained. Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, it did meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful Amenities: Average expectations - Basic and did not offer much compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided fare value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations - Was somewhat ordinary with the welcoming feeling we expected. Overall: Average expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we might recommend this hotel"
