"Very clean. Easy stay with a toddler with lots of indoor free space to spread out toys and play. Appreciate the minimalist decor yet we had e everything we needed for our stay. Inadvertently locked ourselves out and the host was gracious and quick to resolve the issue. We will be back!"

"What a charming place close to everything in Davis. St. James Catholic Church is directly across the street which was much appreciated by my Mom. The backyard is like a miniature forest with a small nature walk path. "

"Quiet, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a little rocky. The wrong code was given for the door in the check-in instructions. We were able to get a hold of the host, even though it was very late and get in. He refunded a portion of the cost to us at the end. Bed was comfy. Kids were happy overall great stay."

"Our family rented this property for a month and had a fantastic vacation. The setting and property are stunning. The pictures do not do the property justice! Every direction you look has a incredible views – vineyards and hills beyond the pool in the back, rolling vineyards beyond the bocce court on the side of the house, and vineyard and mountains out front – including hot air balloons some mornings. "Check-in was easy! Owner provided very detailed instructions on how to work everything in the house, which was great to reference during the stay. Wish there were a few staple spices available for cooking, but otherwise it was a great location and stay!"
