I had a window that wouldn't close, but received no help or offer to change room. My room door had a gap that you could pass 4 credit cards through, but again no response despite the security risk. "Ok for a 1 night stay. Staff seemed friendly enough. Room whilst generally clean and bed comfortable was in need of a makeover. There were dusty areas in the corners of the carpet and the shower cubical leaked, as there was no where to hang towel whilst in shower put on floor outside and it got soaking wet. Guess you get what you pay for. Had to pay a £50 security deposit whilst this was made clear when booking I have never been asked to do this before and I have stayed in many many hotels. Also...

"The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was excellent with a very good shower. The room faced the sea and promenade and had a lovely glass fronted balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel itself seems very new and the breakfast was very good, free and served by very cheery staff. All in all, a very nice stay. "

"Great staff and friendly service. Food was very good but they stop serving early (8pm on our day of arrival) so only just made it. Shower wasn't working on the first night but they got this fixed by the second night. Room quality was fine for the price. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
