Reception politely stated a 500 euro additional would get me another room without the obstruction- well, in reality I didn’t get what was paid for originally. If there is slick obstruction- state that in the original booking or type of room? Really, it’s just an exercise to get more £ out of you. Shame really. "

"The hotel is fantastic, the staff attentive and friendly, the pool and facilities great, the food delicious and the location is basically on the beach and 5 Mins walk into the centre of town. The air conditioning was useless in the room however and the area is a bit loud to be leaving the balcony door open. "
