Do not assume that as “most” rooms have balconies, that’s what you will get. Our issue was sorted with good grace (and a change of room) and we immensely enjoyed our stay. "

"You're not treated as a number. The staff take a genuine interest, the hotel is kept clean and furniture is either new or well maintained. The food was simple but seemed healthy. The only genuine negatives are a lack of free filtered drinking water and modernisation of bathrooms to have walk in showers rather than bath tubs which could be a little slippy"

"The location is not in a walking distance from anywhere but everyone rent a car there. The big issue is that the hotel is smoking friendly and all the rooms have a ashtray. I was asked to move to another bedroom (the first bedroom wasn't smelling too bad) on the last day and couldn't sleep at all because of the strong smell of cigarettes everywhere and the air conditioning didn't work.
