"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Hotel was in the perfect location, we had some delicious food in the Gastro restaurants attached to the hotel. Well worth hiring a Bali bed by the pool. Rooms fantastic, large and the living area had the comfiest sofa."
