"Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist."

Von ZUG-Küchengeräten bis zum Tête-de-Moine Set ist alles dabei, was die kulinarischen Genüße möglich macht. Es macht auch Sinn, denn die Gastronomie ist in der Region nicht stark vertreten. "Unexpected heat wave was a big frustration, finally we got one room AC on the third floor for kids. Nights were cooler. An expieriance of a life time, unique, easy access and plenty of outdoor space."

"Was only there for one night but it’s a nice clean spot. The bus station is very close to get to Old Town and other spots."

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"Close to the station, easy access to Bern and therefore a lot of train routes for easy travel (if you have the Swiss travel pass). Apartment had utensils needed for cooking which helped save money as food can be expensive in Swizerlabd"
