"The hotel room was wonderful. I booked an accessible room as my parents and I all have mobility issues and was surprised how massive it was. The room was comfortable and spacious, the beds were okay, and my parents loved the pillows. I didn't like the pillows, but liked the bed and my parents hated the bed but liked the pillows.
