"Everything was great Hotel Location Help the receptionist Room cleaning I will come back to this hotel again 🌹🌹"

"Staff are very kind and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Room amenities could be improved. Fresh pain would also give nice facelift. Although it’s a bit far to the city centre, only a few min walk to bts and there are local shops and eateries around the hotel. Overall, it’s very convenient, provides comfortable beds, and closeness to a bts. I’d recommend this hotel."

"It’s good one of my best hotel so far I am looking forward to work with you guys"

"Free service to BTS Reasonable breakfast"

"Second time we have been to coconut lane. It’s our favourite get away from the city. Amazing staff, tasty food and very nice atmosphere. It’s a true hidden fem. Also they are so nice to children. We have brought our son who is 2 years old. We can’t wait to come back again. 10/10 each time!"

"I enjoyed my stay. Staff helpful."

"Checking in was a breeze, the staff very helpful, and the room was amazing. Will book again."

"Don’t not stay here. Area is in the middle of bad neighborhood. Not safe. This is a 1 star residence, not hitek. Horrible place to stay. I found mouse droppings, roaches, ants…you name it, it was there. AC doesn’t work. Bathroom smells horribly. Room and hotel photos shown on Expedia are all fake and photoshopped. Photos on website are all photoshopped non realistic photos. Do not stay here even if they offer free rooms. It’s not clean and not safe. It was a horrific horrible...
