"Mostly perfect! The only things that were wrong: - the dishwasher was not working - we were on the first floor and it sounded like there were long stayers on the second floor that made major racket the whole night - sounded like they were hoovering and lifting and dropping weights all night! Even at 3AM!! - the hotel is very stingey with instant coffee, you only get two and they won’t give you more at reception! Rude! Other than that the stay was perfect!"

"Exceptional! Arrival with Rona, Ed & Jason was kind, genuinely welcoming and happy to have you. We shared pleasantries and laughed which is nice as a solo traveler after traveling all day. Easy check in. Room detailed. Everything as it should be. Directly across from Platitude Arena for Celine! This team nailed the service delivery and was truly happy. Nona bartends as well. Met Gio from FL after the concert trending bar. One evening security officer wasn’t as happy, refusing to take a photo for me prior to the concert. Said he didn’t speak my language and returned to looking at his phone. Breakfast in the morning was quick and delicious. There was Jason welcoming guests and ensuring we had a memorable stay. A++"

"Went for the races , hotel was what we needed , bus stop outside , 3 stops to the races but very walkable anyway , tram very close , staff very helpful, only downside is a room by the lift , we got moved and everything was fine , I would stay again"
