In the heart of the vineyards and halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar, an old 18th century wine-making house completely renovated.
You will stay in a house independent of the farm and enjoy your private terrace.
Charming half-timbered house equipped for 8 people and composed of two parental suites with private bathrooms and an exceptional space under roof with 4 beds and reading corner. Very clean and perfect location for 3 couples from USA that had come on our dream vacation! Had everything we needed for our breakfasts,and sleeping . Perfect location for exploring the wine route and could walk to many great restaurants. Claude and his wife are wonderful hosts!

Perfect place for our family with shared outside play space. Amazing renovation done on this beautiful old wine makers home right next to the church. The bells are an annoyance but you get used to them. Albin and Claude were perfect hosts. Would love to come back when it warms up.

Lovely, well-appointed and comfortable property, an excellent location in a town that isn’t too touristy. Adjusted to church bells ringing after first day. Our bedroom was large enough to put down a twin mattress for our toddler son.

The house is so charming inside and out. The pictures are beautiful but it was even better than expected. Lovely easy hikes through fields and vineyards are just a few blocks away. There are not a ton of local shops or restaurants, but the ones we visited were excellent and everything we needed was at the little grocery. Short drives to Selestat and Colmar. We hope to be back!

Great stay. Newly renovated, lovely setting and central to many great sites and vineyards. The owners were very nice and helpful. We were 6 adults and 2 kids and there was ample of space. Outside sitting was great, so was the bbq and table tennis! Also, a playground is around the corner. Only one caveat is the church bell close by. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs for the night.

Wir verbrachten ein wunderschönes verlängertes Familien-Wochenende in diesem tollen Haus. Vom Einchecken bis zur Abreise war alles unkompliziert und perfekt. Claude ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sauberkeit und Komfort sind einwandfrei. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Très très beau logement d’un charme fou L’hôte très agréable Accueil parfait, Lit très confortable, Décoration soignée avec un charme fou L’hôte très sympathique a l’écoute et très arrangeant. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les beaux villages d’Alsace à 30 mm de Strasbourg et 30 mm de Colmar Le village de Epfig est un village charmant avec tout sur place Bravo à la décoratrice 😉

Wir haben das Haus für ein Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie gebucht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Sowohl die Ausstattung als auch die Einrichtung des Hauses sind top, es ist alles da, was man benötigt und der Vermieter war wirklich sehr nett. Lediglich die Kirchenglocken am frühen Morgen waren etwas störend, haben aber dem tollen Wochenende kein Abbruch getan, sodass wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt war toll, die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat war der Hinweis, dass die Unterkunft direkt neben einer Kirche ist und daher das Glockenläuten 06 bis 22 Uhr) gerade für Babys/ Kleinkinder oder Menschen mit leichten Schlaf etwa störend sein kann.

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, wunderschöner Innenhof der zum Verweilen einlädt. Nur die lauten Kirchenglocken waren zeitweise etwas störend, leckerer Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter. Wir haben ein tolles WE mit der Großfamilie dort verbracht:-)

We stayed at Claude and Veronique’s property on Rue de L’Eglise for 2 weeks. The property is, indeed, perfect. It is a completely and beautifully redone and very comfortable. Pictures on the website give you an accurate sense of the dwelling. Our hosts were “over the top”, gracious, generous, thoughtful and, clearly, very experienced. They were not intrusive and anticipated our needs in every way. Lovely indoor and outdoor spaces, lovely gardens, this place has it all. The town of Epfig provides good walking opportunities It is small but charming, has good restaurants and wineries It is in driving distance to many other charming small towns with museums, medieval castles, wineries and other attractions. We were 1 hour from Strasbourg, as well! One of our very congenial neighbors was on a return visit. We hope to do the same!
