"The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever.

"Our arrival was smooth and we had a fantastic room on the 4th floor where we could lie in bed and look at the snow all the way up to Saulire. In the morning we were out onto the Jardin Alpine and can ski right back to the hotel"

The only thing I was disappointed was that when I did the check I was told that I had €200 in spa facility.
