We stayed during the hottest July on record and two couples had rooms woth literally NO aircon , and one couple have fully functioning cold aircon. Why? The fan is the rooms is just useless and the heat was unbearable ..literally! Either state that some rooms DO NOT have air-conditioning or reduce the price of rooms that dont have it. "We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

Rooms could do with air conditioning as they were so warm and also some security on the windows. "The rooms were basic and not cleaned to the highest standard (stains in toilet, roll on deodorant left on the floor from previous occupant). We only live 15 mins away and only booked to get a night with air-con during heat wave as advertised only to be told on arrival that the air-con was not working throughout most rooms and it would be pot luck as to whether ours would, luckily it did. The reception staff found it funny that the air-con might not work. We arrived at around 3pm and walking...
