"It's obvious a general top surface clean is done in between reservations but that's it. The place is not clean. Definitely should strive for a cleaner environment. The main problem was the air conditioner wasn't working. We tried not to complain, opened windows, even went and got a fan. By 10ish pm I reached out to the phone number listed online. By 3 am I had called 4 times, left messages and got nothing in response from this property until someone came abruptly banging on our door at 930am to let us know check out was in a half hour. We are completely unsatisfied and want our money back. It's way overpriced. "

"A Perfect Slice of Old Florida:We had a wonderful stay at this classic old Florida home. It was quiet, very clean, and clearly well maintained. We especially appreciated arriving to a comfortably cooled house, which made check-in even more welcoming. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we really enjoyed the pool, grill, and outdoor sitting and dining area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and overall the home was comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property to others."

"This is the 2nd time we stayed here. We love the pool and the property. We love walking to skips backyard and having a drink. We boated and went to beaches. We are sad someone already booked our month next year. "

"House nicely decorated. Location is great can walk to some restaurants . If needed could walk to Walmart or Aldis. Also dollar tree. Dog park not far."
