"The hotel was very nice and we were able to check in early on the day of our arrival. The tv was not working (could have been user error) but otherwise it was great, we were not in the room very long during the day. The water/ice dispensers are very nice and convenient. The rooftop was great to check out! Walkable and easy access to subway. Great location to explore NYC!"

"Excellent place to stay if you have tickets to events at the Lincoln Center - the hotel is literally across the street. The rooftop bar is very trendy and fun. One complaint - no coffee maker in room and no coffee available in lobby. "

"It was a nice little cozy room. No fridge or anything in the room so don’t bring any left overs. In a great location if you’re going to broadway shows, shopping, eating and right next to time square. We literally walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff was nice. Checked us in right away. We had an issue with the door not scanning our room key but they took care of that quick too. I would stay there again"

"A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!"

"Very good location, close to metro. Room was good size (for NY standards) with comfortable bed. There were renovations going on so lobby was quite crowded at times. Also, my room on 12th floor was a bit noisy from 7th ave daily life."
