"The breakfast was quite good, that was probably the best part of the hotel. The service in the room was inconsistent, one time forgetting a make up towel, one time forgetting to restock the water bottles. The worst part was the bed. The bed was lumpy, hard, and uneven, just like the pillows. Last time I stayed here it was nice. This time it felt really downgraded. The restaurant isn't even open anymore besides for breakfast. "

"the room was tiny but all that i needed for a single night stay. when in boston you want to spend more time outside exploring the city than in your hotel room so it was peak hotel experience for me. it was affordable which meant i had more money to spend doing city activities. the room had a nice view with some cool decor adorning the walls and space. i chose a room with a shared bathroom but it was very clean with each bathroom having their own toilet, sink and shower with a locking door that showed when it was vacant or occupied. overall a fantastic experience and will 10/10 come back again. "

"Overall good stay. However, I found the hotel lacking in very simple daily amenities I would expect at similar properties such as Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express , etc. Little things such as having water/tea/coffee available in the lobby at all hours goes a long way for traveler comfort. Also nice touches to add to the stay such as we are now at a Hilton Garden Inn and they offer the above (water / coffee / tea in lobby 24hrs) in addition to evening hot cookies left out. Goes a long way to make one feel welcome and a little treat to look forward to returning to the hotel after a day out. "

" The location was excellent - a short distance from the Freedom Trail, and the staff is very nice and helpful. A Starbucks downstairs (that opens at 4:30am) makes breakfast on the go easy, but they also have a restaurant downstairs. Parking is a little pricy, buts that's to be expected in the center of any large major city I suppose. "

"We had an enjoyable experience. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, shower worked great. They have a vcr and dvd player in the room with a bookshelf full of movies to choose from (located downstairs). My only complaint was they do not have bags/liners for the ice bucket. Easy walk to Quincy Market, the ferry, tours, etc. overall, it was pleasant and we would definitely stay here again. "

"This was the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel I have ever stayed in, no lie! The rooms are very modern and upscale with a nice view. The whole layout of the hotel, from the cafe, to the book shelves (which was the best part) and the bar was very nice. Using the ipad to remote control everything in the room, including the curtains and shower was fantastic. My doctors are in Boston, so I will routinely need to travel to Boston to make my appts. I have already decided to make this hotel my getaway spot. Thank you for a really nice stay!!"
