"We love Ocracoke, been on and off for many years! The Charter Room had all the amenities we needed. Golf cart rental through the place was also an easy process, and we enjoyed the usage. On a quiet street just off the main area of the village. Close to everything. The rooms were very neat and the cleanliness was outstanding. Thanks for having us!"

"This was our second stay at this peaceful, clean house and we have already booked another stay. It is on a quiet road with a roomy kitchen, comfortable dining area and family room. My favorite part is sitting in the adirondack chair with my feet in the Pamlico Sound drinking my morning coffee watching the pelicans fish. It is a favorite get-away home away from home that is an easy bike ride close to the fun shops and delicious seafood."

"My husband and I made an excellent choice when we decided to stay at The Lucky Buc! It was perfect for a long weekend get-away! It was very clean, very easy to find, and located in a good spot right in the middle of the village, yet off of the main road just far enough. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly spot to vacation to check it out!! :)"

"We stayed at the canal house. Most of the time spent was at the beach, but the time that we were at the house was really nice. It was very clean and I loved the owners sense of style. The house sits right next to a canal and it was nice to drink my coffee and look out on the water. It’s a lovely quaint little place."

"This is the perfect cabin for a nature getaway! Spacious, comfortable, wonderful lake views, I was disappointed I had to leave. Jeff was quick to correspond and his home had everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. There are no big grocery stores nearby so Jeff let me know in advance so I could purchase foodstuffs on my way before I checked in. "If your goal is to get away from the beach crowds and experience nature, this well kept home on the bay is a wonderful spot to experience moments like beautiful sunsets and gazing at the Milky Way. With the entrance to Alligator River Wildlife Refuge just a few miles down the road, you'll have the chance to see some cool things. "For the price and location this place is great. We were able to bring our medium size dog and walked to almost everything we needed to. The house is a little worn down, a missing tile on the floor or doors not completely able to shut but can be easily over looked because of location and accommodations. The house is big with three different bedrooms and a big open floor plan, we could host family dinners if we needed. We have already booked for next year."
