Staff was so helpful with advice on impending storm. Beds were comfortable nice size refrigerator in room. Outdoor balconies were comfortable for enjoying the view and socializing. Best of all they gave us a refund when weather forced an early departure. Definitely getting my future business.

Great view of harbor. Easy parking. Clean linens and room. Very friendly and helpful front office. Some building maintenance issues needed attention . . .front doors sticking in many rooms, painting, safer steps. Perhaps adding hair dryers would be nice and soap dispensers in showers. Pet friendliness was much appreciated. We would stay there again in future

The room was clean and smelled good when we checked in. Older hotel, mattress was ok, bedding was really good, a/c worked great. Humidity has made some items rust (lampshades), maintenance needed to pay attention to a few more things like replacing weather stripping around the door and a blank cover for an elevated junction box. There is no clear view of the marina from the ground floor, but the grounds around the hotel were decent enough. For what we paid it was fine.

Nice hotel in the middle of the village. Beds were great, very quiet at night. Great views and close to restaurants. Recommend the golf cart rental. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Shower pressure was just OK. Highly recommend this property

Our room was not ready at 4 pm check-in. When it was, the door was very difficult to close and lock. The shower curtain rod was hanging down and about to fall off the walls. There was a large hole in the drywall above the bath mirror. The location was excellent and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I notified her of the issues in the room, and she took notes and said she would have maintenance check it out. Great location in a great destination.

This is a no frills place but decent enough and well located. The pool overlooking the lake is the best part. The room had some mildew on furniture that made me uncomfortable, and the air conditioner did not seem to effectively dehumidify the air.

Had an amazing stay everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms look like they had been recently renovated. Unable to hear my neighbors above below or around me. And one of the most comfortable bed beds I slept in.
