"This was my first stay. Friendly and helpful reception experience. Lovely spacious room with all facilities needed including ample wardrobe space with hangers and iron/ironing board. Good views from top floor and fantastic aircon which was very much needed as it was a London heatwave. All employees were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very friendly welcome from employees and locals in the bar during the evenings. Would highly recommend."

"Booked last minute as hotel originally booked was closed when arrived - found this and closer to where I wanted to go. Friendly staff, very clean, rooms smelt fresh and shower was great. Will be using again when I come and watch the Spurs"

"Great value, great service, lovely rooms, although no in room phones which is not ideal for room service. stayed here several times, love it, the Resturant and breakfasts are lovely and staff are always happy to help "
