It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay."

"We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed."

"Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on."

His house is only 10 minutes from town so it was easy to go between. Love the apartment and the town. We had several good meals while watching TV.
