"The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. "Old huge house. Description noted AC- it was only small portable units that were not sufficient for the large space. The stairs to access the 2nd floor unit were actually 17 steep stairs. Then 14 more steep stair to get to the 3rd floor bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom had no blinds- felt exposed at night with lights on. The owners were very kind and did try to make amends for the lack of AC. They also helped carry our belongings up the stairs. Was okay but would not book again due to the stairs....

"The entrance to the location is dark and a steep drive/walkway to enter. Not very well kept on the outside. "

"This property was really made very new even though it was an older home. This host supplied more things than I have ever seen. I have rented lots of properties. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable, coffee, filters I could go on and on"

We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!"

"The apartment was great!! Was exactly what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. The town itself was very small . My son was able to do some fishing in the creek/river that was within walking distance. Host was very pleasant and helpful in our communications. Would definitely recommend!"
