"Visiting family. Super friendly front desk. Simple and adequate breakfast buffet. Room is simple, functional and air conditioned. Which matters when it’s 32C outside! Loved my stay, been 15 years since my last stay here and if anything it was better this time. Good one night spot if you need to visit Rugby"

"I have never had a more uncomfortable night at a hotel in my life. I know the UK is having a heat wave, but adding a cheap fan that moved less air than I could with a folded piece of paper does not constitute a decent attempt to keep guests cool.
The attached pub didn't have any food, which was the main reason for booking there in the first place.
Frankly I won't be staying at Premier Inn again is if this is the way they treat their guests."
"Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "
