This beautifully decorated Leucadia home is located in a prime location within this peaceful, gated seaside community in North County Coastal San Diego.

The unique end unit home, arguably the best location in the community with full ocean view is located right on the path that leads directly to the stairs down to the sparsely populated beach in one direction, and to one of the two pools in the other. It is a 3 level split home with hardwood floors and original art throughout and boasts full ocean views from almost every room! Enter in through the front Dutch door and a few stairs will lead you to the lower level where the kitchen, living room and both the inside and outside dining areas welcome you. Open up the two large sliding glass doors that lead out onto the furnished, spacious deck to fully enjoy the scent of the ocean air, sounds of the crashing waves, and the serenity of the pelicans passing by.

The contemporary open kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, subway tiles, and ocean blue cabinets is equipped with all stainless steel top grade appliances, and is fully stocked for you to be able to prepare any meal. If there is something you need, just ask - I'd love to accommodate you.

The dining area is furnished with a counter height table and seating for six.

The living room is modern with spacious high ceilings and a flat screen tv, ceiling fan and access to the expansive deck. Lounge on the sectional couch, curl up in the hanging hammock chair, or sit back and put your feet up on the leather recliner to relax with a good book.

Out on the deck, enjoy a beverage from the barstool height cushioned swivel armchairs while catching the sunset over the pacific, or spot dolphin pods that frequent the surf, and then dinner al fresco off the gas grill around the teak dining set. There is an umbrella for those warmer, sunny summer days.

The two guest bedrooms are located on the entry and middle level, each with windows facing out to the magnolia trees, lush lawn, pool and open space. One is appointed with a queen bed, the second with two twin beds, all with cozy high end mattresses. The twin room has a skylight for added brightness. Each has a flat screen tv and a ceiling fan. Also on this level is a full bathroom with tub and shower and is equipped with a top grade front loading washer & dryer.

Make your way up the skylight lit stairs to the top level where you will find your private, spacious, window filled master retreat. It will take your breath away. The bedroom and retreat/office both look out over the expanses of green grass and the breaking waves.
The cozy California king bed is dressed with lot’s of pillows, percale sheets and a memory foam mattress. It's truly a glorious experience to fall asleep and awaken to the sound of the crashing waves, the scent of the sea air and if the timing is right, the full moon setting over the ocean! Work, relax, nap, from the adjacent retreat, simply furnished with an electric standing optional desk, chair, and twin size swing bed, raised high enough to enjoy the ocean view. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The master bath includes a roomy shower, toilet, double sinks, a skylight and a spacious walk in closet.

You'll find beach accessories - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and plenty of towels in the front hall closet and the detached garage is only a few steps from the front door where you'll find 2 beach cruisers and space for one car. Save gas and take the bikes to a local brewery, coffee shop, restaurant, shops, other nearby beaches, or explore the funky neighborhoods.

Walk down the stairs to the beach and take a swim, body surf or hop on a boogie board. Some of the best surfing in the world is here. You can pack a picnic, or run up the stairs and grab a snack - you're that close! During low tide, you can walk south for miles, beach-comb, tide-pool, watch world class surfing, and enjoy observing the abundant wildlife - pelicans, sandpipers, dolphin, and sometimes even a seal or migrating whales, depending on the time of year.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES TO HELP YOU DECIDE IF THIS PROPERTY IS RIGHT FOR YOU
~There are approximately 76 stairs down to the beach from the bluff.
~ If you are looking for a place that is fully air conditioned, and are used to living in A/C with the doors and windows closed, this probably is not the property for you. For those who are here in the summer months, there are several portable fans available to supplement the ceiling fans. The top of the line, highly rated portable air conditioning unit provided is sufficient to cool the master suite on those few extra hot nights. If you are still unsure, let's talk!
~ I love dogs, and welcome your well trained, flea protected, non-shedding dog on a case by case basis. Please introduce me to him/her, and I'll let you know if it's a match.
~I love cats too, but unfortunately I cannot allow cats for your vacation stay.

The landscaping throughout the community is meticulously maintained with eucalyptus, coral, rare Torrey Pines and flowering magnolia trees with grassy areas all throughout. Perfect for walking your leashed dogs, playing a game of frisbee, or enjoying an ocean view picnic or yoga practice. Tennis, pickle, basketball courts, a children's playground, two pools and a hot tub are also yours to enjoy within the community gates. Parking is easy and abundant throughout Sea Bluffe for any visiting guests. Make sure to venture beyond the Sea Bluffe gates, as the options to explore, eat, drink and shop are wide and varied. Right next door to the north is the Alila Marea, a world class luxury resort recently named one of the top new hotels in the world by Travel & Leisure! Access it from the beach or walk along Coast Highway for a cocktail, and award winning chef prepared meals. Or walk south and check out the vibe of this funky, grassroots beach town, where you'll find locally owned shops, eateries, coffee shops, the locally famous Leucadia Donuts, a brewery and winery. Just a short drive south will bring you to thriving downtown Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Del Mar and eventually La Jolla, all part of North County San Diego's famous beach and surf towns. A couple of miles south of Sea Bluffe is also a vibrant Sunday farmers market. Drive a couple of miles east to El Camino Real where you will find any kind of other shopping you need including chain retailers and an upscale outdoor shopping center. World famous San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, museum filled Balboa Park, Torrey Pines golf course, and nearby glider port, and vibrant downtown San Diego are all within easy driving distance. Hiking trails are also abundant!
